Dear SAP community,

on several screenshots I saw, that there is icon for facebook e.g. next to the profile picture of a contact in contact profile app. My question is, how is it possible to add such an icon in the contact profile? Do I have to upload and enrich a contact profile with informations like a facebook link? If yes, how is it possible? In the example file for data upload in data file load application I can´t find such a column for that information.

Maybe somebody can tell me what do I have to do, to see that button which you can find on the attached screenshot.

Thanks in advance,

Cindy

Hello,

You can just simply import the contact using ID_ORIGIN as FB and ID as the contact's facebook profile handle. Upon successfull import system will automatically assign the FB icon next to it.

Alternatively you can also use API_MKT_CONTACT_SRV api to append the contact Origin Data to the same profile. for more details about payload to be used pls check: https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/2011.500/en-US/39e1b76b82274b5697ff629d...

Hey Cindy,

In the Upload Template you can easily add a column for the Facebook ID and enter the ID for the specific contact.

During the upload in the third step (Map Attributes) you could then map the column to the attribute (ID for Facebook) (s. screenshot --> instead of DATE_OF_BIRTH there would be your column (FB_ID)

Hope that helps.

Let me know if you need further input.
