Browser Compatibilty

We are having an issue with browser compatibility when using our simulations in SuccessFactors. We initially set up SSO with Internet Explorer, and are able to run the sims with no issues. However, users running Chrome or Edge are not able to run the simulations. We have doublechecked the technical settings provided, as well as the settings within Enable Now, and everything seems fine. Is there something related to SSO and these other browsers that needs to happen? I am working with my internal I/T team, but so far no luck. Thank you.
