There is no data for contact ID information in segmentation modeling

Hello Dear Community,

There is no data for contact ID information in segmentation modeling. I arranged the data sources and attributes but still can't access this information in segmentation modeling for "All Contacts". Why does this happen?

Hi Emre,

if I understood your question right, you would for example like to see the ERP Contact ID of a Contact in Segmentation?

In the Data Source _SAP_CF_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP_CUST (or SAP_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP_CUSTOMER if it is still unchanged) you could find the attributes IC_ID_ORIGIN and IC_ID.

If you set them to visible, you could for example segment for the Origin you need and after that see the different IDs of the Contacts.

Not sure if this is what you're searching for.

Dear Emre,

Issue might be due the attribute type used in segmentation.

Please refer KBA

2643884 - SAP Marketing Segmentation - Usage of different ID Attributes.

As mentioned , there are multiple ID attributes , using the right one should display the values.
