Please help me to solve the webui issue, unable to create a new claim for the reference invoice we get an error.
issue: The claim cannot be created for reference invoice even after deleting old claim which has pricing error.
need solution for this: The new claim is unable to created even though old claim is rejected in CRM. So we need technical analysis why a new claim is unable to be created in CRM for Invoice
(Actual Issue was this:
The price conditions were changed recently. Thus the when claim was billed, due to pricing error the invoice was not transferred to accounting.
Workaround to be performed to solve:
but when the suggested workaround was performed for the claim but the repricing did not work. Even after performing repricing, the missing prices were not available in the claim. Thus the billing cannot be processed further for the claim due to incorrect price in the claim. Thus it can be suggested that the claim can be rejected and new claim can be created with correct price.)
