Hi,
We need to calculate tax based on quantity which means UoM is required in the condition record.
But if the condition class is 'D- Taxes' and 'calculation type' is 'quantity' for the tax condition type, the UoM field is not seen in VK11.
If we change the condition class to 'A - Discount or Surcharge', then the UoM field is seen in VK11, but the Tax code is not seen.
Is there a solution where we can create tax condition record with with UoM and Tax code too is seen in condition record ?
Thanks.

Hi,
For Poland, there is a new Sugar Tax that is applicable from Jan 1, 2021.
The applicable rate is 25 PLN for 1 Litre. So, have to maintain the condition record in similar way. Hope i clarified.
Thanks.

Oh ok. This is Sweetened Beverage Tax supposed to be introduced from 2021. is it allowed to be pass on to the Customers as a part of the Sales Invoice?
It seems the information is not clear yet - https://www.ey.com/en_gl/tax-alerts/poland-implements-new-charge-on-certain-beverages-from-1-january...
If it is a Country wide law implementation I would expect a SAP Solution Advisory here. I would advise to check with SAP before implementing any customized solution in SAP.
Thanks,
Hello,
Can you explain us the Business process / Business Requirements that needs Tax to be calculated based on UoM?
Generally Tax (MWST) is the Percentage of the Net Value of the Transaction.
Thanks,
