Tracking Unsubmitted Time Sheets in SAP ByD

Hi,

I am working in SAP ByD and am interested in obtaining a list of all users who have not submitted their time sheet at the end of each week, whether this via a report, or can be extracted and shared via an API. How can this be achieved?

I can not find a report that would easily provide this information. Unsubmitted timesheets creates work and means we do not have accurate data for project costs and allocated time. Though this is a cultural issue, it would be ideal to have a means to know who need to be chased.

Hi Rav,

You can find a list of unreleased time entries under the Time Administration > Employee Time Records. There is a list view of Employee Time Entries pending release. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that. Yes, that's a pretty helpful view (amazed I missed it). Do you now if there is a report that would provide similar information as I'm unable to export the data from the Employee Time Records view?
