Why when we add embedded component to COD_SR_TI screen, c4c duplicates manual tickets?

Hello Dear Community,

We created an EC to get the edit mode information of the ticket document. Only read operation is done in inport event handler in EC. The other event handler performs a data operation that runs on the onvaluechanged of the editmode field. When we bind custom EC to the COD_SR_TI screen, it creates one more document only in manually created tickets. me'm adding related screenshots to the question.
