Hi gurus,
I want update short text-qals once inspection lot created from 04. The idea is short tex-qals will update the information from text in cork. May i know, any bapi or fm to do this?

The long text and short text is maintained in the corresponding T Tables. A normal SELECT or BAPI does not work for these tables / qals-ltextkz
You will have to use, READ_TEXT and SAVE_TEXT to read and update the texts
