You do not mention any particular requirements or pain points your customer is facing, this might be the reason that so far nobody shared some experiences.
You should have a clear picture with whom you interact as an organization - is it the shop keeper that you need to motivate or train to sell your products (and / or your brand) or is it the end customer.
I would suggest you check the SAP Sales Cloud for Retail Execution (Perfect Store) functionality, in combination with social media integration. Besides (depending on the type of retail organization) you can set up e.g. customer satisfaction processes (with service cloud or marketing cloud).
