SOSB TCODE inside unable to see the sent mails

Hello Sap Gurus,

I am unable to see the mails which I have sent by me in SOSB Tcode. Security team provided the authorization for SOSB Tcode. BUt Tcode inside showing blank.

Is there any configuration required to see the mails.

The mails were sending from ZSUP Tcode.

    Could you check any missing authorizations? Check using the transaction code SU53.
