Target field not required to be created

Hello All,

Hope all are doing fine!!

Well, I have a requirement where Target element should not create when condition is failing.

I am using If or if without else, condition is true respective data will be populated.

Condition is failing in that case Target element should not create in Target structure.It's an xml output file.

Which function can I use to achieve this requirement. Please could you help me out here.
