Problems with the shopping cart abandonment campaign - Email Sendtime & Product view


Hello everybody,

I have a shopping cart abandonment campaign in the Marketing Cloud, with which I have 2 problems.

The first problem:

I put more than one product in the shopping cart. The interaction is correctly transferred to the Marketing Cloud with all products. However, only one product is displayed at a time in the email that is played via the trigger campaign. In the email template, however, it is indicated (or correctly set) in the aborted shopping basket block that all products should be displayed to me.

At which point can I overlook a setting or an error?

The second problem:

The customer must leave the shopping cart in the shop for 3 days until it is converted to a cancelled shopping cart. After that the interaction "aborted shopping cart" is synchronised with all products in the Marketing Cloud. Then it happens quite often that the trigger mail is not sent to the contact until 2-3 days after the interaction has arrived. Although the email send is entered daily in the email send.

At which point can I forget a problem?
