Kyma deletion in progress for a week

Dear all,
when trying to create a Kyma instance in the trial SCP environment it failed twice subsequently. After trying to delete the Kyma instance for the second time, the "Deletion in Progress"-Status has been showing up for a week by now and its status is not changing. Is there any way I can accelerate this process? I tried removing the Kyma-Service Plan from Entitlements but this was not allowed because the quota is still marked as in use.

I would have loved to do that, but as mentioned on https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2970655 Kyma trial accounts are not covered by SAP Support Channels. Furthermore there is no adequate Component I can select in the Support Area.

I'm also facing the same issue. Could not delete the KYMA Environment.
