I am trying to process an inbound shipping confirmation.
The delivery should be Picked and has the qualifier E1EDL18-PIC.

The delivery quantity in SHPCON idoc matches with the Inbound delivery quantity.

Can you please help me to know how can I resolve this or may be the cause for the same.

why don't you just list all fields from your IDOC along with the values? This would make it much easier and quicker for others to evaluate the situation and to help you further. Guessing and then getting a yes or no from you can result in very long discussion, likely that people lose interest during the back and forth.

It may also be good if you explained whether this is your first touch with Idocs, specifically this Idoc, or if other Idocs of the same type worked well in the past.

Did you check against the delivery itself in VL03N (assuming outbound) - is the picking complete there? Or, are you just basing it on the IDOC?

Hi,

Please use the following element values in the new IDOC and test again:

E1EDL18-QUALF=PIC

Then the picking quantity will be copied from delivery quantity.

Please test this and see if it works not. If not, please provide us with fully screenshots.

Thanks,

Edward

Hi Edward,

Thank you for the reply.

The earlier screen shot is one idoc which I have created and tested, but unfortunately missed out the E1EDL18 segment with PIC qualifier.

But I have example of other Idoc which is having this segment E1EDL18 with QUALF=PIC.

As we know this PIC qualifier is responsible to update the pick/putaway qty field in the delivery, but I am surprised even though Idoc is having this segment with qualifier why it is getting failed.

Is there anything I am missing somewhere. Please advise.

Regards,

Madhumita

As I can see that you have multiple failure 51 in status record, i hope that you had a look on individual 51. The better approach is that for the same inbound delivery to perform the PGR on SAP screen and check what are the parameter you are entering to perform the PGR and then you can check whether all the parameter is there in IDoc or not .

From overall perspective as long as you have qualifier PIC and PGI in E1EDL18 and qualifier QUA in E1EDL19 this should work provided there is no other issue with data
