Unable to register the Desktop agent

Hi Team,

I am facing the following error while trying to register the agent.

Please find the details below:

JFYI, I am trying this from Amazon WorkSpace and facing this error. While the same steps are working fine in my local desktop and I am able to register the agent successfully. Please let me know how to rectify this.

Hello,

With latest versions of the Cloud Factory, you have to share your agent to the Agent Group in order to make it works (https://help.sap.com/viewer/c836fab4182e45548b6c6c6d0d0a9146/Cloud/en-US/783c0f8c94cc40b08ec248ba7fa61944.html).

You also have to be sure that all prerequisites regarding network (https://help.sap.com/viewer/2df9d6a452f84f8a8be2739e1bfea259/Cloud/en-US/0886899d9de14b71bbddd5d36c852968.html) and configuration of web browsers are done (https://help.sap.com/viewer/6b9c8e86a0be43539b670de962834562/Cloud/en-US/cb13a3bba5c24c2d9718b62b5c8176df.html).

Hi Suresh,

I noticed 2 issues with your tenant registration URL:

1. It should be https, whereas you have typed: httpps.

2. There should be a '/' after com as well.

So you need to update the Domain as one of the below:

Option A: https://44d764fetrial.app.irpa-trial.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/

Option B: 44d764fetrial.app.irpa-trial.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com

Could you check if you have added your machine details in the Agent/Agent Group as well.
