PP How to bring qty last confirm auto PR in external process in CO02

Dear Guru,

The problem is, is there any solution for this problem?

Due to the volume of production-or-tickets, there are 10 pieces, I would like to retrieve the quantity of confirmation orders before external To open an automatic purchase requisition in the external process

If viewed from the picture Productions ORDER has a quantity of 10, but line 0070 has 9 orders of orders. Would like it to be opened as an automatic purchase requisition by pulling the quantity 9 pieces to open PR Auto on line 0080.

The problem now is Auto PR shows 10 pieces of information. Will want to fix it every time the confirmation volume before the external process has changed.

yes, understand it now. Thanks for details.

As per my understanding its working correctly as its shows 10 quantity as planned quantity, PR's are generated once you release the production order , so PR is having 10 quantity , you can try by changing the value of the customizing transaction OPL8 to '2 - From release' and release the order operations one by one, instead of releasing the entire order.

Now my problem is The production order amounted to 10 pieces before the external process line item. There were only 9 quantity confirmed in the external process, wanting an automatic purchase requisition that fetches only 9 quantity data to show on the purchase requisition.

The purchase requisition now retrieves the 10 quantity information.
