Costs and revenues with a specific project in SAP Business By Design

Since project management module is not fitting to our company requirements, I want to track all costs and revenues with a specific project without using project management module in SAP Business By Design.

In which way does the Project Management tool not fit your business needs?

For what kind of project do you need to bundle costs and revenues?

Thanks for your response.

We are implementing SAP ByD for a client which is a UAE based food catering and facility management company.

They have different projects for a single customer For example;

Client A-

Project 1 - Supply meals in all schools under them (Food catering-Manufactured/Subcontracting)

Project 2 - Supply meals in all offices under them(Food catering-Manufactured/Subcontracting)

Project 3 - Laundry services in all schools under them (Facility management)

In this case, I dont want to use project management tool since it seems to be apt for extensive professional/ consulting services. But I have to use the financial aspect of a project in order to track cost ,revenue, payables and receivables separately.

So in this case how can I track client and project wise cost ,revenue, payables and receivables separately?

Or in other words, how can I track client and project wise P&L and Balance sheet separately?
