License Requirements for S/4 HANA for Group Reporting

Hi Team,

We are planning to go for implementing Legal Consolidation in S4HANA 1909 FPS 01 for Group Reporting. S4HANA is on Premise. We are in process of checking the license requirements of the below:

1. We understand that with S4HANA license, we will also get Group Reporting license and there will be no additional costs. Pls advice if there are details to this. Are there any costs that is required per user.

2. Also how does the licensing works when we extend Group Reports to Analysis for Office Reports. Do we need license for each user for Analysis for Office setup.

3. How does the licensing come into into Picture if we bring in SAP Disclosure Management for Reporting.

Advice would be to contact SAP directly.

From my point SAP's licesning structure is all over the place and going back to the bad old days of being too complex to understand and manage.
