Refresh Objects does not work in SAP BAS

Unable to refresh objects in SAP BAS for SAP Asset Manager Project.

We are able to deploy to SCPms but refresh objects return 401 error.

There does not seem to be any authorisation issue because from the client we are able to access the SAM app.

Any inputs please to resolve this issue?
