Cambios en los mensajes de Excepcion

Podrian ayudarme a saber si hay algun reporte que me muestre todos los cambios de "Mensajes de excepcion" que han afectado una orden?

Por ejemplo: Cuantas veces ha tenido un "Reschedule in/out o cancel" una orden de compra en lo que va del año?
