Dear ByD Community,
I try to enter a bank 15 digits account number for New Zealand bank account in order to create an outbound payment.
If I enter the bank account number an error message shows up.
How can I enter the bank account number correctly?
Best regards,
Achim
Dear Achim,
You have to maintain the NBC - National Bank code as a prefix and Bank Account number . In the real bank account format for country - New Zealand is in this format. As per the standards bank account number should be as the format BB-RRRR-AAAAAAA-SSS (B- Bank, R-Branch, A-Account,S-Suffix). BBRRRR is captured as the National bank Code and it is expected to enter a 10 digit account number, like so: AAAAAAASSS.
Best Regards,
Annapurna

Thank you Annapurna. I have add the NBC Number. And add one more digit.
Account numbers are generally presented in the format: BB-bbbb-AAAAAAA-SSS
where B is the bank number (2 digits), b is the branch number (4 digits), A is the account number (7 digits) and S are digits of the suffix (2 or 3 digits). Where a bank displays the suffix as two digits, a leading zero is added to pad the suffix to three digits; i.e. BBbbbb-AAAAAAA-SS becomes BBbbbb-AAAAAAA-0SS.
Dear Achim,
It would help if you copy the error message.
