SWU3 workflow customising - Auth object S_RFCACL missing for WF-BATCH

Any way to create S_RFCACL auth object for user WF-BATCH -- auto customising workflow fails (SWU3) at RFC destination : user WF-BATCH doesn't have sufficient authorisation (S_RFCACL) which is missing in SP04 trial - Any fix or is workflow not part of the trial any more

Thanks

Hello,

you can either create a role containing S_RFCACL and assign it or - if you assigned SAP_ALL to the WF-BATCH user - you can edit the PRGN_CUST table for having S_RFCACL included in SAP_ALL (makes new generation of SAP_ALL necessary). By default it will not be included in SAP_ALL. Have a look at SAP note 410424. Maybe you stumbled about this fact.
As it is about a trial system one is as good as the other - in regular SAP systems I definitely would prefer the first proposal with a separate role for S_RFCACL.

Hi there

Thanks

SAP_ALL somehow didn't work which was a surprise however I created extra profile ZZ_ZZZZZ manually and added the authorisation object which I think was in area AAAB -- not the most "Friendly of transactions"

Web Dynpro also a bother -- but was to do with server name -- all working -- some stuff will still error out "Internal service error" as tables etc won't always be in existence in the ABAP trial rather than full ERP versions.

(Different topic but is there any way of linking the HANA downladable DB to the ABAP trial -- I can't be bothered with Amazon cloud etc !!)

Otherwise thanks for answering -- all working OK so far
