EHSM step by step guide for BW

Hi,

I am working on first time project in BW with EHSM reports.BW version 7.5

1)Let me know latest method to extract ECC data based on EHSM like traditional business content activation in ecc and replicating them in BW?or any additional configuration to be done on ecc before replicating them in bw?

2)how to get list of standard reports and models that are provided as business content in sap?

3)anyone step by step method from ecc business content till report in bw sample?
