BAPI for handling Delta WBS element hierarchy changes in a Project!

We are currently using BAPI 'BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN' to handle any changes in a project i.e changes in WBS element hierarchy.

For a single WBS element hierarchy change, I have to pass in all the Project info ( With all the WBS hierarchy within the project ) when using BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN.

Is there any SAP provided BAPI that we can use to handle hierarchy changes by just using the changed WBS hierarchy values?
