GR cannot print using MIGO or MB90

Hi all,

Why user cannot print GR sheet using MIGO or MB90. When they click OK button to print, the printer not responding/not printing. Already check all question&answer in this SAP community, none of them are helping.

When they print Completion sheet using CO01 / CO08 / CO04N , the printer can print normally. Or if they print word/excel/PDF, the printer also can print normally.
