How can i create a chart from a manual data table?

I have created a report in a table format which consists of formulas that add up / link to more than one data source. I would like to now be able to create a chart using the information in my table. Is there a way to reference my table as a data source for chart creation? Can I create a chart pointing to data in my table?

Please help, I just started using SAP-C and I'm struggling with this.
