C4C: Manage Account Hierarchies manually in C4C

Dear SAP Community,

we would like to maintain account hierarchies flexible and manually in C4C by our key users without integration from or to SAP ERP. Is this possible without using the Data Workbench?

There are no "Add"-Buttons or anything like that in Customer Hierarchy View or in Customer Hierarchy View of customer.
