BW-MT and Eclipse 2020-09?

Hi, is the above configuration supported? I was running on 2020-03 and selected update software. Afterwards it updated to 2020-09 and BW-MT ran EXTREMELY slow, so slow I had to kill it and searching for any BW objects no longer worked.

I checked on below site:

https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/#bw

2020-06 is mentioned but NOT 2020-09 for BW-MT (although for other components).

Is BW-MT unsupported in 2020-09? Or is the master note just not updated?

check the mentioned Document. There are Components which are not included in the Add-On's for AiE and BW-MT. Furthermore for the initial Installation I recommend to use the zip files from the SMP instead of the Update Pages.

you just need two repositories to refer on:

- SAP Development Tools - 2020-06 - https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/2020-06

- Eclipse Tools - 2020-09 - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2020-09

Then you are all good. This is not an Issue at all, I suppose.

Latest Versions for AiE are 3.14.1 and for BW-MT is 1.22.29

bw-mt1.jpgbw-mt2.jpgAfter reinstalling, the BW Perspective (or the HANA Tools) is not listed, although under software it says both are completely installed. It does not show up as a perspective that can be added:

The ABAP perspective is listed - anything special needed to get the BW Perspective to show up? I created a new workspace to avoid issues.
