Update of Mobile Phone Number in ByD with Webservice ManageCustomerIn not possible

Hello,

I'm trying to create a contact Person in ByD via Webservice ManageCustomerIn. Even if I set the MobilePhoneNumberIndicator = true in the ContactPerson.WorkplaceTelephone entity the telephone number in ByD is saved as Phone instead of Mobile. Because of this behaviour, it is not possible to add Phone and Mobile number because the system send back "Only one landline telephone number is permitted".

Could anyone help me with this issue?

You can refer KBA 3283679 - How to Add Both Landline and Mobile Number to a Contact through Migration

The sample payload is provided in the KBA to update the telephone information for a contact person of an account via the webservice "ManageCustomerIn"
