Can't find communication management app on SAP S/4 HANA Cloud

Hi,

I am trying to integrate SAP S/4 Hana Cloud with a 3rd party service using ODATA APIs.

I am not able to find the communication management app on my "trial" instance.

Can someone please help me how to locate that & what are the steps.

Hi Joreg,

I am using S/4 HANA on-premise system.

I have already created a cloud connector & established connectivity with my SAP Cloud Platform.Now the next step where I am stuck is how I can use SAP API Business Suite Odata services to integrate a 3rd party application with SAP HANA using the API over the internet.

Can you guide there?

can you please specify if you are using an S/4HANA Cloud system (e.g. from here: https://www.sap.com/cmp/oth/crm-s4hana/s4hana-cloud-erp-trial.html) ?

Or is it an S/4HANA on-premise system that is hosted in the cloud (e.g. from here https://cal.sap.com) ?

In the latter case (on-prem), the communication arragements (incl. all the related apps) are not relevant since they are specific to S/4HANA Cloud. In on-prem, you can create users in the backend TCode SU01.

My issue is I can't find Maintain Communication Users App on My SAP HANA Cloud instance?

Would you know why that might be happening?
