How to avoid customer credit exceed warning message (during order creation or order repricing)?

Hi Experts,

For a customer (who exceeded his credit limit), how to avoid credit exceed warning message during order creation (VA01) or order repricing (VA05) without getting into configuration (OVA8 -> Reaction field to blank (no message)?
Currently the Reaction field is set to C.

Client does not want to go with the configuration but wants the credit check to be active.
The pain to the business users is, they have to hit the Enter key for hours in VA05 (for repricing) for thousands of sales orders.

Is there a way out to bypass this warning message (without changing configuration)?

Please advise.

I do not understand - what is the point of having an active credit check for a specific feature (e.g. for credit limit) and then when the event occurs (credit limit exceeded) you do not want to block the order, you do not want to issue a message... How is this useful for the business? Speaking from personal experience, if you have too many popups - you stop reading them 🙂

It is better to discuss with the business what kind of system reaction they really need in this specific case.

If you simply want to exclude specific credit checks, for example, you want to check for overdue items, but you do not want to check for credit limit for a specific group of customers - this is possible via configuration:

You can define a check rule and then you assign it in the master data (BP), but first you really need to find out what you have to configure.

Hello ali-sd

Your customer wants to change the system reaction to credit control check. The reaction can be customized in OVA8. That's the way to do it. What is the reason of trying to find workarounds when the setting is there in OVA8 stareing at you?
