Change in GRC PC reminder escalation notification

HI,

I want to know if there is a straight forward process in changing the content of reminder and escalation notification in GRC PC.

Current standard notification does not suffice our requirements so i was planning to change one. I was referring to the blog https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/GRC/How+to+change+Notification+Email+Content which shows the step to change the email content but i find it very complex and this also requires developer key to update the content.

Is there a way where we can change the content by ourselves without involvement of the developer like we have in GRC AC via SE61.
