Hi all,
In SAP Logistics Exeuction you can define within the packaging material type if a delivery item should be generated automatically for the picked Handling Units (TCode VHAR). However, with an active EWM embedded system this seems not to work properly, if the packaging material is not stock managed. I have two scenarios:
1) Packaging material is stock managed (material type VERP) and EWM customizing for automatic delivery item creation with stock type F2 is activated (Viewcluster from EWM Customizing: /SCWM/VC_DLVPACI). Everything is fine, stock is reduced during goods issue in ERP and EWM and the packaging material is in the delivery as a new item line, which can be printed onto the delivery note, etc..
2) Packaging material is not stock managed (material type VERE) and EWM customizing for automatic delivery item creation is not maintained, since I do not wish to have it removed from stock. You also cannot enter a blank value for stock type. In this case, also the ERP system does not create the delivery item according to the LE-Customizing for the packaging material type.
Is there any chance to setup the system to have the delivery item for the packaging material without stock management?
Regards,
Manuel Grämer
Issue was solved:
Packaging material type needs the entry "B - Plant determined from the first item that was packed" for plant determination.
