MRP Profile to enable variable Availability Check

I need to have a different ATP Availability Check value for MRP Areas than the one maintained for the parent Plant. Can MRP Profiles enable this? For example, we have Forward Stocking Locations represented as MRP Areas and these locations cannot hold backorders. Backorders are held in the Parent Plant Finished Goods location. For FSL ATP we want Scope of Check of "stock only" and for the Parent Plant Finished Goods location we want Scope of Check of "stock + future Purchase Order".
