How to solve the error messages in PO creation

My requirement is when i create the PO and entering the PR no.,Purch. Org, and vendor the system shown error messages like ERROR MESSAGES DISPLAY .How to solved this issue Please Help on this .

First you need to read the messages. Press the red icons to the right of "Doc. Date" and to the left of item number:

That will display the list of messages on header and item levels. Then you'll know more.
