Hello,

I need the download link for service pack 4 or 5 because CRYSTALREPORTS06_0-20008684.EXE requires it.

When I tried to download it - it says that "You are not authorized to use this application".

Hi Ali,

That appears to be due to your log on info is not in the system. Someone at your site manages Users who are allowed access to the Secured site.

What version of CR are you using?

We only support the current version less 2 and CR 2016 is now on SP 8 so you may need to upgrade to that.
