Learning notification brings several emails in one

We need to know if when we configure the notification template "Notify Learner of Learning Plan changes", at the time the learning plan changes, the employee will ONLY receive that notification and not the entire list of notifications that appear in the template: ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification, that we see when we are editing the body of the mail.

This question comes to us because when we are doing the tests prior to the pass in PRD of the configuration and the user sends us the test mail that reaches him and shows the entire list of notifications referred to that template (ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification), for example, change in the learning plan, removal of the learning plan or reassignment of the learning plan.
