Can an FAQ Chatbot be Connected to an Application FLP Running on Cloud Platform?

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with connecting a chatbot to an application running on SAP Cloud Platform? My DevOps colleague told me it's currently not possible because we deploy our own FLP.

(I would specifically like to create an FAQ chatbot.)
