Inspection Plan with Vendor outside material assignment

Hi,.

I plan to create inspection plan on QP01 for certain material and assign to certain vendor on material assignment. My question if my purchasing team suddenly buy the part outside the vendor which I assigned on material assignment. What will happen to that part after GR, does it get through without inspection?

( I work for custom product manufacture, which sometime our purchasing team move purchased part to other vendor to get better lead time for non critical part)
