Dial Pad not enabled for communication panel

Communication Panel showing dial pad in disable mode, please help us how to enable it.

Hey,

If dialpad is not enabled it means that WebRTC connection is not established. Most probably tou are not getting "phone ready" popup after login? Please check browser console log for details.

you are correct I am not getting "phone ready' popup, and browser console i found the below log, could you please help us what it mean.

The error means that user interface is not able to communicate with Restful Interfaces software component at the server. This is error is not linked to your original issue. I would propose to send full console log for support to review.
