Restrict Document type only for automatic posting

Dear

there are certain document types like "AA"which is posted automatically but can be posted using the T-code F-02 i.e. JV can be posted manually using these document type

i want to put restriction on manual posting of these document type i.e. document can be posted automatically by abzon or other but such document type should not be posted using JV manually.

any better suggestion? please

Hi,

You can manage this via validations in OB28, restricting usage of certain transaction with this document type.

But in this case validation need to be performed for every other document type and there are so many such document type like DZ, KZ, RE which can be posted through F-02

want to restrict all such document type

You create a set (GS01) for these document types, and put this set as pre-condition in the validation.

Yes, this type of validation. Company code might be irrelevant, unless you have global validation for several company codes, and this rule should apply only to one of them
