Return Request - i dont have that option

hello!

i have V 9.3 and i see in the link bellow that i should have the option for return request but i dont.

my menu has everything checkes so it's not about just not showing.

I should say in working on sap in Hebrew so this might have something to do with it.

I was told that we should upgrade to V10.0 in order to have return request option....

anyone know anything about that?

You may login as superuser like manager and check from the Modules Menu instead of the main menu. They should appear, if they appear check the Main Menu's form setting and verify the authroization for the affected user.
