Documents updating in FBL3N but not in FAGLL03

Hi

Our Client have to post multiple line items in single document scenario and we done LSMW for the same. But documents posted through LSMW are updated in FBL3N but not displaying in FAGLL03. So we tried with BDC and facing with same problem but the same BDC working for FB60. These documents are not updating in FAGLFLEXA table, we tried with manual posting in FB70 and document is displaying in both FBL3N & FAGLL03. Please help
