How to migrate legacy supplier risk document and score to SAP Ariba SR module

Hi All,
In our current project, the customer wants to migrate the risk score and documents from their legacy ERP system to Ariba SR module. Can any one share any documentation or link or process to achieve the above steps. Also we want to know the templates that can be used and what all information/document type can be migrated.
