Enable to get account Id in Phone call activity for both Inbound and outbound call in SAP C4C

Dear Team,

We have done the CTI integration with SAP C4C. but after doing all configuration and we are able to take call successfully. We observed that Account Id field is blank in Phone call under Administrator work center.

And this issue from beginning itself since this CTI -C4C integration has been done. Now I need to find fix it. So cloud you please tell me what could be the reason for it and where/how can I check this scenario.

How to get DLL file to check outbound configuration with customer phone number because as inbound call integration has been done by SAP so for Inbound i have raised the sap incident but for outbound call could you please help me.
