Dears,
We are working on SAP B1 9.3 PL 12, all users access it through web access through firefox as recommended by SAP. the problem is when we create business count object and the user view the list, the yellow arrows that is supposed to be clicked and open the document of interest doesn't work. it looks like an icon that cannot be clicked as in the screenshot. screenshot.jpg
we have tried resetting firefox and tried all conventional way to fix this from firefox but the problem doesn't seem to be the browser problem.
Has any one been in this situation and found a solution for this?
Note, we tried other browsers, problem is that in chrome, explorer and Edge the dashboard cannot be displayed, that's why SAP recommended us to use firefox
