Settlement rule for assembly order for item 000010 could not be generated.

I am simulating a scenario for assembly order. I have chosen strategy 86 and executed the production cycle successfully.

However , during the creation of sales order, the system is unable to generate the settlement rule within the process order. I am unable to find possible root cause of the same .
