My Inbox app: no Tasks to approve or reject.

Hello.

I am having a major problem with the app "My Inbox". I am trying to put this to work for 3 weeks now, without any type of sucess.

I put the App available in the Fiori LaunchPad following this link from the Fiori library (SAP S/4 HANA 1909 same as my clients machine): https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0862')/S18OP.

From here i can acess the app without any type of problems:

Now here is my problem: I am trying to put the "Approval Leave Requests" to show in "My Inbox" but without any sucess.

I already followed a couple of notes to try to put this to work but nothing so far. I followed in particulary the note 2791031 (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002791031) to the step 3. In the step 3 what i differ is the fact that i created by copy a custom catalog from the Standard one (SAP_FND_BC_MANAGER_T).

As the ICF nodes and ODATA are active as well as all the software matches the necessary versions.

Am i missing something to put this feature of "My Inbox" working?

Do you get any results when calling the TaskCollection (for example via. /iwfnd/maint_service)

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2/TaskCollection

If not.

Do you even see an Inbox Item in the transaction sbwp.

Did you check the Systemalias of the Service. Do you request the data from the right System ?

janschulz when i use the option "Call Browser" and/or "SAP Gateway Client" via /iwfnd/maint_service, i get positive response.

I am currently reading the exact same document that you linked. I will continue reading it.

Hi there.

After many tries i was able to get it working! The problem was the configuration in the TCODE PFTC about the Tasks. The document about the implementation of the App My Inbox helped a lot. I hope this helps someone in the future!.

1. Check if task processing services v2 version is active and return values..ensure v2 version is active

2. Use /IWNGW/BEP_DEMO transaction to generate test work items into inbox

3.check filter applied into fiori tile configuration for inbox .set parameter all item = true.If you copy specific catalogue tasks type based filter is applied for my inbox.

4 Not all item listed into sap business workplace Sbwp appears in my inbox

5. Check service is active gives response sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2/TaskCollection
