Unable to Enter Comments via Input form

Dear Experts,

I am implementing BPC Optimized 10.1 version for one of my client. When try to enter comment via input form developed using Analysis office 2.8 version it is throwing an error message "No SID found for the value entered" I have followed all the required steps to create comments ADSO with direct update and Planning mode enabled. Even I tried using classic DSO with planning mode enabled. Nothing is working.

Please need your Inputs if anyone faced this issue before. Thanks in Adavance.
