Create text elements

Hi,

Based on note 2928592, I have to create text elements for class CL_SCWN_NOTE_SAR_FILE_N and maintain below text element:

Text-001 - Download not possible.

Text-002 - Implement note 2928592 and try again.

whether "Text-001" put in the "Sym" column ?
